Delivery options
We ship internationally from Bulgaria. ShipBG is the shipping aggregator: BoxNow and Speedy are planned for Bulgarian deliveries, while PostOne and Direx cover supported international destinations. The exact services, price, office or locker choices, and delivery estimate are shown at checkout after an address is entered.
Free shipping and pickup
- Free standard shipping applies when the eligible cart value is at least €150.
- Local pickup from the Varna demo room is free and requires a ready-for-pickup confirmation.
- Fallback demo rates are €5 within Bulgaria and €15 internationally until ShipBG credentials are connected.
Tracking and delivery responsibility
Tracking is added to the order when the carrier provides it. Inspect the parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if it is visibly damaged or incomplete.
