Are kits configurable?
No. Each kit is an admin-defined bundle with tested products, exact quantities, and fixed variations. Customers can change only the number of complete kits.
Will a product work with Home Assistant?
Check the protocol and ecosystem specifications on the product page. A Home Assistant label means the listed integration path is supported; it does not imply every feature is available through every coordinator.
Do you install products?
Professional installation is not available yet. Products involving mains wiring must be installed by a qualified person where required by local rules.
Can I order as a company?
Yes. Select Company at checkout and enter the requested company and VAT or tax details. Automated VAT validation and reverse-charge treatment are not enabled in this initial version.
