## Changing your mind

Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days after delivery to notify an online seller that they are withdrawing from a purchase, subject to statutory exceptions. After notifying us, return the products without undue delay and keep proof of shipment.

## Return condition

You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. You can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation. Include all accessories and packaging where possible.

## Faulty or incorrect products

Contact us before shipping. We will provide the appropriate route and do not ask consumers to pay return costs for a confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
