## Orders and payment

Product availability and prices are shown in EUR and include configured VAT. An order is accepted when we send the applicable confirmation. Bank-transfer orders may remain on hold until cleared funds are received.

## Products, projects, and installation

Compatibility information and DIY projects are practical guidance, not a substitute for product manuals or qualified electrical work. Stop and use a qualified installer where local rules, the product instructions, or the task require one.

## Delivery, returns, and guarantees

Available delivery services are calculated at checkout. Consumer withdrawal and legal-guarantee rights are not restricted by these terms; see the Shipping, Returns, and Warranty pages for the operational process.
