## Your legal guarantee

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee when goods are faulty or do not match their description. The seller remains responsible for that legal guarantee; a manufacturer warranty is separate and cannot reduce statutory rights.

## How to request support

- Send the order number, product name, and a clear description of the fault.
- Include photos, logs, or a short video when they help diagnose the issue.
- Do not continue using a product that overheats, smells burnt, has damaged insulation, or appears unsafe.

We will assess the available legal remedy and any applicable manufacturer warranty. Final country-specific policy wording requires legal review before launch.
