WooCommerce manages commerce records; ShipBG and selected carriers receive delivery data; FluentSMTP handles transactional mail; Mautic receives marketing data only with the appropriate consent; and consent-gated analytics may use Site Kit and PostHog. Retention periods follow accounting, warranty, security, and consent requirements.
